They say health is wealth. But when you look at me this phenomena proves to be wrong.
I am a very thin guy. So Thin that if you will look at me from a distance I would look like a Hockey Stick.
But Health is one of the assets of Life.
          We have to work hard in our lives to be on the top of our fields. And to that we need Health.If you are not healthy physically you will not be able to concentrate on your work. You will not be as successful as you could have been if you are healthy. Healthy body possesses a healthy mind. Mind is something that has enabled us to invent so many technologies which have made our lives very easy.Mind is so essential. It needs to be taken care of.You need to relax. If we are not relaxed we will be making decisions which are of no value.
Mind and body must be healthy to compete in this world.
